Rock and Movie Music for Strings
Summer weeks 1 – 4 (June 28 – July 19)/ Rock Music
Learn to play rock ‘n roll music this summer on your violin, viola, cello, and bass! We’ll learn a few tunes and perform them in a final jam session with CMS summer rock ‘n rollers. Open to students age 11 and older and/or with 2+ years of playing experience. (5+ students) (Please call with questions.)
Summer weeks 5 – 8 (July 26 – August 16) / Movie Music
Get together with other movie buffs this summer to play songs from hit films, including Star Wars, Raiders of the Lost Ark, and Lord of the Rings. Open to violinists, violists, cellists, and bass players age 11 and older and/or with 2+ years of playing experience. (5+ students) (Please call with questions.)
